How to get help with Credible or Technology Isues...

Just a reminder! 
Please use the note feature on client "Help Helperson" to send messages to the Implementation team about system issue or problems. If it is an urgent or emergency problem, use the phone and/or IM us about the problem. 

Why?
If you use Helperson, it helps us track the problem and see that it is fixed. IM's are good for "Instant" communication but don't help us track if the problem is fixed or not. 


Technical Assistance

Basic technical assistance related to computer operation and Credible questions can be obtained through the Implementation Team.

Advanced technical assistance and requests for additional functionality related to the Credible system should also be directed to the Implementation Team.

How to contact the Implementation Team:
1. Find a Team member in their office or in the hallway and do not let them out of your sight until your question is answered.
2. Add a note the Help Helperson's client file via Credible. (See Below)
  • Look up the client named "Help Helperson." On the bottom rignt of Help's "Overview" page is the "Notes" section.
  • Click on "All Notes" at the bottom and the "Notes" page will open and reveal an "Add Note" box.
  • Type in your question in the "Add Note" box. Please add details to assist the Implementation Team in resolving the issue. If the question is about a particular visit, please include the "Visit ID Number." Also include information about what form or part of Credible you are accessing.
  • After typing your question, select the "Implementation Team" from the list on the right and click "Add Note" at the bottom of the page. As when attaching notes to any client, do not use client names as the note will be sent by e-mail.
  • This will send an e-mail to the entire Implementation Team.
  • You will be contacted in person or by email.

Advanced technical assistance or repair related to hardware, software other than credible, networks and repair of equipment can be requested by asking your direct supervisor to request assistance from Amin. (This is a change to control cost. All requests MUST go through a supervisor. Thank you!)
