Log in and Navigation Issues Occurring Today are Fixed!


Dear Partner, 

 
Credible has identified and addressed an issue that was causing certain Agencies and Users to experience difficulty logging in and navigating through the software this morning. The cause of the issue was a certificate error on one of our load balancers, resulting in an error message being generated.  The load balancer certificate issue has been quickly resolved.  All data within Credible remained secure and protected throughout this event.
