A slight cosmetic change to the assessment form has been made.
The Full and Brief Assessments are now different buttons within the visit. If doing a full assessment choose Mental Health Assessment, as usual. If doing a brief assessment, choose “Brief Assessment” button once visit is started. This eliminates the asterisk sections from the old form. From this point on, with assessment visits do all sections within the button chosen (either Mental Health Assessment or Brief Assessment depending on visit). This change is primarily for Assessment program, but will impact some users of assessment forms and visits. This is in effort to make the form more user friendly and take out any guess work as to what sections must be finished to complete a visit.
