Dear Partner,
Credible is aware that certain Agencies and Users were again having difficulty with periodic disconnecting from the software this morning. Our Technical Team and IT Infrastructure Specialists identified another issue related to yesterday's "Periodic Disconnecting" issue, and have proceeded to resolve it.
Our monitoring of the Servers shows that the issue has been solved; however, we will continue to closely monitor the Software's performance and run additional diagnostic testing. If further issues are detected, Credible has determined the proper next steps to enable Partners to have the consistency and performance experienced prior to Friday's Release.
