Connectivity Issue Resolved

Dear Partner,  Effective today at 12:20 EST, Credible has removed the new ad-hoc reporting and export functions that were added in the 2/15/13 8.0 Release.  This decision was made after much discussion and balancing the need for new functionality with a target level of speed and reliability.  The two removed tools will be further developed and tested and released when appropriate.  I appreciate all of you and your team's patience as Credible strives to add additional functionality while strengthening performance. New ISSP Form in the System Today!

Hello all, After weeks of review and feedback the new ISSP form has been rolled out. It now has a
drop-down selection for modalities and time/ date ranges for frequency and duration. Some of the modalities
are defaulted but may be easily changed by clicking in the modality box, revealing the drop-down menu.
The check boxes for days/ time should also save some typing for you. You still must type in a name
for person providing each modality, really no way to get around that one (but, savvy credible users
may type their names once and copy/past it into each box). I hope this helps a little and makes your
credible life a little more functional. If you encounter any problems with the form please contact
the implementation team using the notes section on Aask-Helperson.  

Credible 8.0 Release This Firday

Dear TCCI,    Disconnected Mode for Exports, 64-Bit Query Builder, & More New Features Available February 16, 2013 With a focus on maximizing the performance of your Credible system, this release includes a new version of the Export Tool that runs exports in a disconnected mode. You can now perform other tasks in Credible while your run request is being processed and access the export file once notified of its completion. The new behind-the-scenes run mode will help ensure system responsiveness when large exports are processed and eliminates the output limit of 500,000 rows. This release also marks the introduction of a 64-bit version of Ad Hoc Query Builder. You can now use the export builder with any of the supported browsers and no longer need the Microsoft ActiveX Analyzer Tool to use Query Builder with Internet Explorer. Other release highlights include future dating treatment plans and printing them for client review, processing credit/debit card payments in real time, and including your agency logo on client statements.
