We have made some functional changes to the treatment note!

The updated form will be available on TCCTEST  

There will be better continuity between the Visit Type you have selected and the sections of the form which you fill out… For instance, if you are doing a family therapy visit, you will select the family therapy note. We made a number of other little changes as well...

We expect the form to go live on Friday the 20th or Sat the 21st.

Deleting Saved Passwords in Internet Explorer

Your password into Credible should not be saved in your browser for security reasons. If you have accidentally saved it, here is how to have Internet Explorer "forget" it! Note that IE will forget all other saved passwords as well...

How To:

• Open Internet Explorer
• In the upper right hand corner, left click on the little gear icon
• From the dropdown menu, choose "Internet Options"
• From the "Browsing History" section of the "General" tab, left click on delete
• From the displayed list, check "Passwords" and "Preserve Favorites website data" as well as any others you wish to delete
• Left click on the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page
• Left click on the "OK" button of the Internet options box
• Done!

Another Option:

• Change your password in Credible and do not save the new password into your browser
• Sign into Credible as usual
• Click on the Employee Tab 
• Click on the "My Record" button on the lower right
• Scroll down the NavBar on the left hand side until you are able to click on the "Password" button
• Change your password in the screen that appears
• If the browser asks you if you want to save your password, decline the invitation!

Our December 8.3 Release reflects this commitment with several enhanced and new features, as detailed below.   New Features Available December 14, 2013 Credible continues to develop new functionality to enable our Partners to utilize Credible software in a meaningful way, in order to provide the best care possible to your clients. This latest release contains new features for Meaningful Use Stage 2, as well as some Partner-inspired enhancements. In the Treatment Planning arena, it is now possible to configure your system to print Tx Plus plans without the documentation when accessed from the Client nav bar.  Additionally, if you have configured Tx Plus to have an Inactive checkbox for each element in a plan, your staff will now be prompted for an inactivation reason each time they select one. In the eMAR Module, new functionality has been introduced to allow PRN meds to be set up for "any time" administration - necessary for a medication like Epinephrine that may need to be administered more than once every hour. In the Credible Client Portal, clients and their representatives may be given the right to generate a profile print view (in PDF or CCD format) and view Immunization Records.  As well, the Provider Portal has been upgraded so Partners have control over agreements with non-Credible entities (external organizations). Release 8.3 is primarily focused on Meaningful Use Stage 2 features, which include but are not limited to: A revamped and enhanced Diagnosis screen; The ability to record diagnoses of family members; Context-sensitive info buttons that let you view MedlinePlus information about medications and lab results; New Amendments function to record and manage client requests to change their records; New Amendments function to record and manage client requests to change their records; The ability to update client records with information in an imported clinical summary; New actions in the HIPAA logs to track employee use of the Advanced Search tools; and Log details for the ACCESS REPORT and ACCESS EXPORT actions. Log in and Navigation Issues Occurring Today are Fixed!

Dear Partner,    Credible has identified and addressed an issue that was causing certain Agencies and Users to experience difficulty logging in and navigating through the software this morning.
