Greetings! Credible's next release is Friday, February 28, 2014, beginning at 10:30pm EST.  A standard preparation step is copying over your Agency's test site (domain) with data from your production site. The copy over process will take place Tuesday, February 18 through Friday, February 21, 2014.   If your Agency does NOT want its test site copied over with data from your production site, please submit a Task Ticket notifying Credible no later than 12 pm EST on Monday, February 17, 2014. If your Agency is OK with your test site being copied over with data from your production site, Monday, February 17, 2014 is the last date to copy any "materials" that your Agency has been building/testing in your test site to your production site so they do not get overwritten on February 18, 2014 - for example, forms, exports, and treatment plan templates.
