ISSP aka Annual ISSP Update

The TX Plus and the ISSP are 2 parts that make up the treatment plan.

When a new treatment plan is due ie annual treatment plan update:

1. Go to the existing Tx Plus and select edit – that will open window that things can be changed on.
2. At the top of window you will see 3 date fields: start, target and end: fill in the end date and copy that end date.
3. Look at the color coded problem, goal, objective transfer criteria fields: paste the end date into the end dates of each colored field.
4. Click save – you will get a message that everything will be expired: click yes.
5. Click new tx plus – a window opens with start, target, and end: fill in the start date (it must be at least a day later than the old tx plus expired items)
6. Move over to the blue problem (lagging skills) click it – the color coding fills in on the screen. Fill in the problem area
7. Continue filling in goals, measurable objectives, transfer criteria for as many problems as you are addressing
8. Click save.

{If the problems goals etc. have not changed substantially from the old tx plus – you can open the old tx plus in a new window and tab back and forth between the windows using a copy and paste function to save typing}

9. Now go to client’s schedule (or your schedule) and schedule an ANNUAL ISSP UPDATE that will insure the correct order of approval happens.
10. Begin the visit
11. Click on treatment goals – if you did the above steps correctly you will see the tx plus you just completed.
12. Click over to Initial ISSP information – that opens window with Full ISSP Start Date – fill in with the same date as the new tx plus; full ISSP End Date – fill in with the same end date as the tx plus you just finished; click on consulting psychiatrist; Complete
13. Click on Modality 1 and complete; modality 2 and complete – use as many modalities as you need. Complete
14. Click on sign and submit.

On the visit list you can view the visit you just completed; under type of visit it should read ISSP Ann
