Update: IE 10, Visit Mapping

Credible Banner
Tech Issue Update
Dear Mark,

Credible supports Internet Explorer 10. In the May Release, Credible provided for full functionality with Internet Explorer 10. While this information was in our Configuration Notes, it has come to our attention that some Partners were not aware of this upgrade.

Saved Visit Mapping. Also in the May Release, Credible made changes so that the expected clearing of successful form mapping data will occur after sign and submit/approval. If one field mapping in a form "errors out," it will no longer negatively effect subsequent successful field mappings to error.
In addition, after a visit has been signed and submitted/approved, the SavedVisitMapping table will only contain field mappings in the form that failed to complete due to an error. With the new administrative function, SavedVisitMapping Manager, Partners can now access the SavedVisitMapping table and view, reprocess, and/or archive field mappings that failed to complete. When archiving a field mapping, it is stored in a new behind-the-scenes SavedVisitMappingArchive table.
On Friday, June 28th, Credible will be running a script to automatically archive all SavedVisitMapping entries up to June 10th. This will provide Partners with a clean slate to work from. If you prefer to retain the data in the SavedVisitMapping table, please notify your Partner Services Coordinator by Thursday, June 27th at 3 pm.

For information on the new SavedVisitMapping Manager function, refer to Credible's online help.

Thank you,

TxPlus Updates and Incomplete Visits/Reports. A Bad, Bad, Thing!

When you are in the process of completing a visit or report there can be problems if you change the TxPlus for the client before you have completed the visit.

What is likely to happen is that any documentation related to goals that your change in TxPlus will disappear from your visit. The easy way to avoid this is to complete visits and reports prior to changing the TxPlus.

The form for MHA Annual brief & full has been updated.

The form for MHA Annual brief & full has been updated.

It will now only have those two options when you start the visit, which should make it easier. There are a few minor updates to the medical section to allow for reporting on medications or relevant medical info. Most of the rest is the same.

***if the session is non-billed (client was not present during MHA Update) make sure to mark NOT PRESENT for the recipient when signing and submitting.

Start and Stop Times of sessions

It is really (make that really really)  important that everyone use the two little clocks for the start and stop time of sessions when signing your notes. The length of the session is the direct time you spend with the client, client rep, or case manager. It's all about increasing attention by CMS, State of Oregon, Trillium, etc. about FWA (that's Fraud, Waste, and Abuse). When the length of sessions come in at 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes etc., auditors look /see a pattern of possible financial abuse or potential fraud.

I know fraud isn't happening so don't give someone the opportunity to perceive that something untoward is going on. Use the clocks and put in the time you started and ended the session.
