With a focus on Meaningful Use Stage 2, Credible introduces support for the Direct Project in this latest release. The Direct Project is the set of standards, policies, and services enabling the simple and secure transport of health information between authorized care providers. Agency staff can now securely send and receive clinical summaries directly to and from trusted third-party recipients from within Credible.
To assist your Agency meet the 2014 Meaningful Use clinical quality measure (CQM) reporting requirement, Credible has developed reporting procedures for nine approved CQMs. The nine measures cover four of the CMS "measure domains" and five of the measures are from the recommended core set.
Credible now supports the revised CMS 1500 (02/12 1500 Claim Form), which aligns the claim form with changes in the 5010 837P and accommodates ICD-10 reporting needs. Agency Billing staff may enable the revised CMS 1500 for the appropriate payers during the dual use period.
