Blank Page When Completing Visit? IE10 Problems!!!

THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED AS OF 5/2013
UPDATING TO IE10 IS FINE!
"My credible is acting up on my computer. After I complete a visit, or a section of a visit, and I hit complete, it goes to a blank page. I can navigate away from this and back to the visit and then hit complete and sign and submit that way. It has become a tedious and time wasting process. Any ideas?"
The problem is that the computer has been updated to Internet Explorer 10. IE10 is not yet supported by Credible...they are working on it and may come out with a fix in the next few months. Until then, you will need to do one of the following:

1. Downgrade your browser to IE9
2. Use Chrome or Firefox Browsers (If you need to use a sig pad with your computer, this will NOT work.)

If you choose to downgrade your browser, you can find directions below or you can contact Mark for assistance if you want someone else to do it.

THE FIX: IE 10 to IE 9 Downgrade:

Basically, it all comes down to uninstalling Internet Explorer 10, as IE9 is automatically restored once you complete this process.

First of all, click on the “Start” button and type “Programs and Features” in the search box. Click on the “View installed updates” in the left pane of the menu.

Go over to the “Uninstall an update” screen and scroll down to the “Microsoft Windows” section. Simply select Internet Explorer 10 and click “Uninstall.”

It usually takes a while until the process comes to an end, so you’re strongly recommended to avoid stopping or cancelling it. A reboot is necessary to complete the removal and restore IE9.
