Try Out Something New!
There is a new version of the ISSP form in the test domain based on ongoing feedback we have received! Help us try it out!
The form is not yet active in our main domain and only resides in the TCCTEST domain. It is redesigned with
dropdowns on many of the modality sections to make it a little easier.
Please try it out in the TCCTEST domain Schedule an ISSP visit with Help Helperson and fill out the form.
It would be really helpful if folks from across programs try it out so that we are well informed of how it works
with every program prior to making any permanent changes.
Thanks. Please give feedback!!!
(If your password has expired in TCCTEST, please IM the Imp Team to have it reset to tcc123 or 123tcc)

Slight Assessment Wording Change
What:
A very slight wording change was made to the assessment, .
The duration section now has a check box for "Longevity of Problem."
The old version said "other" and printed that word out in front of the time written in.
Why:
Wording on the printed version was confusing.
User Impact:
This will not change the functioning of the assessment, only clarify the wording for the printed versions we send out.
