On Campus Internet Slowdowns/Possible Outages
The internet provider for our internet at the Springfield Campus will be doing maintenance on the 28th and 29th starting at 6PM each evening. This will cause slow internet and other problems ON CAMPUS only. Regular service will be restored by 6AM the next morning. You will only be impacted if you are on campus and using the internet.

Assessment Form Update
Assessment Form has been updated. It no longer reflects the old terminology of "provisional or full"
but now has the unified title of Assessment Document. Trillium wants either a brief assessment (which
is a lite version of the full) or an Assessment (the old full version). The only reason we should be
doing a full assessment is if the child is level 4 or up (ICTS Programs or ITS). When doing a brief
assessment do all un *"d items. If doing a full assessment do the *d comprehensive biological and social
history sections. This extra information fills out a brief assessment and makes it a full. Let me
know if you have questions.

NOTIFICATIONS NOTIFICATIONS NOTIFICATIONS
We have heard loud and clear that some of you are drowning in notifications! The Implementation Team is continuing to work on getting the notification function under control. We will be making a number of changes this week.
Starting next Monday, September 24th, please forward any irrelevant notifications to mbeach@thechildcenter.org so we can continue to work on the problem.

New Assessment, ISSP, and Safety/Crisis Plans
There are new versions of both the Assessment and ISSP.
Both have been placed in the TCCTEST domain for review as of the 11th. If Corey does not hear back
with considerable objections these will soon be the new formats in the regular domain, so please, please,
please try them out and give him feedback. Just schedule either an assessment or ISSP visit type to access
the new forms. Thanks!
There is a new OP Safety/ Crisis plan for outpatient.
The visit type is Safety/Crisis Plan. Make sure to choose Safety Plan OP or once you start the form.
The day tx/ icts forms will not work for OP. Give it a try and see what you think.

ICTS New Program Designation in Credible
"ICTS Aftercare" is now set up as a Program for Clients who are transitioning from an ICTS Classroom to the ICTS Aftercare. The Team designation did not change as the same Team will be delivering services!

Client Notes - crediblehelp
Some information from Credible on using Client Notes. A couple of things to remember... Notes are not considered a part of the client file as they can be deleted. They can be used for staff to staff communication about things that do not need to stay in the client file.
Remember how we are using the notes in Help Helperson's file? Someone attaches a note the system sends it out to the Implementation Team. A team member handles the question and then deletes it from the list so only unanswered questions are showing.
